The Perdido Key Oyster Bar Restaurant and Marina is seeking a customer service results-driven assistant manager. Candidate must have previous hands-on management experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Specializing in waterfront dining overlooking the Intercoastal water way, we are known for our fresh seafood and prestigious steak quality and presentations. We take immense pride in our efforts to continue to advance the dining scene in Perdido Key.
We are looking for an assistant manager that enjoys working on the floor, coaching employees, visiting tables, and works to exceed guest expectations. The assistant manager is charged with monitoring the performance of all staff members. They are also responsible for the appearance of the staff and the restaurant.
Must work closely with the owner in promoting company's culture, mission, and philosophy.
