We are eager to bring aboard new, fun loving, customer oriented Assistant Managers to our Pacific Commons CRUMBL location. We are currently seeking to fulfill Management Positions for Late Afternoon & Closing Shifts.

Shift Lead's Responsibilities:

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Requirements

• Prior Management Experience (Required)
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am. Closing Managers should be there no later than 30-60 minutes past close.
• Previous Food experience is preferred, but not required. A Food Handlers permit will be required before the start date
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
