Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Job description
We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, detail-orientated Assistant General Manager to join our Team!
You will be responsible for the ongoing success of the hotel operation and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out. Provide direct guidance and leadership to the Front Office, Security, and Housekeeping departments and interactive engagement with the Engineering and Sales departments. Ensure consistent compliance with all hotel policies, brand standards and play a key role in driving quality guest service at all levels of hotel operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
