CarDon & Associates is now seeking an Assitant Director of Nursing.The Assistant Director of Nursing assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practices in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. We are an Indiana-based and family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services, ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Has a current RN or LPN nursing license and has graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Has strong organizational and time management skills. One year of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting is required. Experience in a nursing administration position or comparable management position is preferred.
