Our Operations-office team (department Agriculture, Consumer, GTS and Minerals), is looking to recruit an Assistant Coordinator (Full-time, Remote in Texas) to join our team.
MISSION
The mission of the Agriculture, Consumer, GTS and Minerals departments is to ensure efficient, accurate timely results are being provided to the customer by qualified administrative and operational personnel.
The Assistant Coordinator provides administrative support by maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the daily and ongoing needs of our operations under the direction of the Sr. Administrative Coordinator.
The Assistant Coordinator will carry out the responsibilities detailed within, and all others which may be assigned, in a manner demonstrating support for and adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System, the Company’s Policy and Procedures, including Vision and Strategy, and to exercise good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy in so doing.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Data entry.
- Drafting documents and reports and maintaining records in COMDIV operations database.
- Support activities of coordinators by assisting to clients’ queries and with field inspectors and laboratories.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, guidelines and internal control standards.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent years of experience.
- Two to Three (2-3) years related experience preferred.
SKILLS
- Strong written, communication, and organizational skill are required.
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task.
- Ability to perform various administrative duties.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service. oriented culture by operating in a professional and collaborative fashion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint).
- Perform independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus but not required.
