The candidate will:

• Secure quotes for new business in an accurate and timely manner

• File client activities in agency management system in an accurate and timely manner

• File policies with state tax agency

• Create proposals for agents to share with clients

• Assist account manager in providing high quality customer support

• Generate and distribute insurance certificates to clients

• Proofread records, applications, and proposals

• Maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binds, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Possess strong moral and ethical character

• Have technology and computer proficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision

• Demonstrate sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and a keen attention to details

• Thrive in a team environment as a positive team player
