There are several jobs available in Huntington, Bohemia, East Setauket Hauppauge, Melville and Uniondale N.Y

• Assembles Electro/Mechanical products according to drawings, parts lists and operations sheets and industry standards.

• Follows these documents to assemble products using tools such as crimpers, strippers, soldering irons and other assembly equipment.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Performs a variety of complicated tasks such as soldering printed circuit assemblies.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements of the Electronics Assembler / Wirer

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to read English

• Ability to read wiring lists, schematics and blueprints

• Ability to wire from wiring diagrams.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and follow written or verbal instructions.

• Mechanical assembly skills.

• Soldering skills
• IPC Certifications a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
