We’re looking for someone like you to be an Assembly Machine Operator for our client Silgan Dispensing in Thomaston, CT. You'll be a part of a team that will help produce thousands of dispensing products by ensuring the facility equipment is operational and maintained. You don’t need any experience to do this job, however, if you have a couple of years of manufacturing experience that would be great!

When you start your first day, you’ll get all the training you’ll need – don’t sweat it. You’ll be learning new skills, building work experience, and staying active in this facility in Thomaston.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$15-$17/hr

Shift Times & Lengths

• Monday-Friday & Weekends
• Variety of Half Shift (4-hour) Times:
  • 7-11am
  • 11am-3pm
  • 3-7pm
  • 7-11pm
  • 11pm-3am
  • 3am-7am

Working at Silgan Dispensing requires all workers to pass a pre-hire drug screen, background check and wear steel-toed safety shoes.
