About the Company:

The CSS (www.bsbsystems.com) team builds pressure safety devices that support the equipment we use in our daily activities, ranging from vehicles and electric vehicles, to aircraft, large HVAC systems, healthcare equipment, and fire protection systems.

Location: Edina, Bloomington, MN

Job Title: Assembler

Part time employees work 20 hours a week also available. Monday-Friday 1400-1800.

Pay Rates: $ 19 - $29 per hour – depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package including PTO, 401K, Medical, dental, vision insurance, Life Assurance cover.

JOB SUMMARY:

The general operator/assembler will be assigned to one or more of a number of functions;

· Assembly of metal and plastic parts

· Operation of Press Machines

· Packing and shipping

· Quality Control Inspection

Full training will be given, experience preferred but not essential. A can do attitude, reliability and team work is essential to these roles.

BATF Employee Possessor License: It is a condition of employment that a BATF application is completed and approved, which can take up to 12 months. All “employee / possessors” must submit an ATF Form 5400.28 – Employee Possessor Questionnaire (commonly referred to as an EPQ). An Employee /Possessor (EP) is an individual who has actual or constructive possession of explosive materials during his/her employment with our business. The BATF electronic background checks are conducted for all EPs submitted with the application. In the event of non-approval this is a basis for immediate termination of employment.

Mental/Physical/Visual Demands: Regularly exposed to moderate noise level. Personal Protective Equipment is required but not limited to steel-toed boots, hearing protection and safety glasses. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, unassisted. Exposed to moving mechanical parts.
