We are a family owned and operated furniture retailer in Southern Arizona and have been the Tucson area's preferred home and office furnishings provider for over 65 years! Our Company was founded by Samuel A. Levitz in 1953 and has grown to 6 retail locations with over 600+ employees. Our mission is to improve the furniture buying experience by providing quality service, high value product and affordable prices.

We are one of the top 75 furniture retailers in the United States and growing fast! We have immediate openings and are looking for the perfect additions to our family!

In-Store Sales (Commission Based)

We are looking for sales enthusiasts to assist our customers with finding the perfect furniture for their home. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and exude outstanding customer service skills. The candidate will be able to understand the customer's need and send them home with our products!

We provide two months of comprehensive paid training where we will teach you all about our company, products, and policies making it easy for you to answer all of our customer's questions once you go to the salesfloor. The average employee that has been on the floor for a year makes $40,000. We have sales enthusiasts that consistently strive for the sale - they make over $100,000/year. Yes, Seriously! All you have to do to make up to $6-10K a month here is sell some furniture! Guaranteed $15 per hour for the first 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Good attitude and customer service skills
• Learn the sales process and company procedures

Abilities

• Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during the shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand and walk frequently
• Ability to work with our guest to best fit their shopping needs.

Working Conditions and Environment

This position requires varied hours, weekends and holidays. It's usually moderately loud. Handling equipment and merchandise can be dirty at times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
