Painting with a Twist seeks an Art Instructor to facilitate offsite painting events around the state of Iowa. Locations include hotels, wineries, convention centers, community centers, apartment complexes, colleges, corporate offices, and bars/restaurants.

This person will solely focus on the details of offsite events (approx. 15-25 hrs/wk) and usually have an assistant. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Packing up supplies at the Urbandale studio (must be able to lift and carry boxes of canvas, jugs of paint, etc.)
• Traveling to venues (must have reliable transportation and vaild driver's license)
• Unpacking supplies and setting up the space for class
• Instructing the painting class
• Cleaning up the space
• Packing up supplies and returning them to the Urbandale studio

Ideally, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Teaching experience
• Public speaking experience
• Painting experience
• Exceptional customer service
• Is a go-getter and people person with a positive, friendly attitude
• Represent Painting with a Twist in a professional manner

Excellent pay structure includes base amount per event, plus additional flat rate per class attendee. Tips and bonuses are also possible.

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per day
