As an Area Supervisor, you will:
- Be responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store, as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as a Manager on Duty.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation to maintain a friendly, clean, easy-to-shop environment for Customers.
- Supervise Front End operations by managing Customer line and wait times, training Associates to be efficient and friendly on the register and shortage control procedures, and ensure Associate breaks and lunches are taken in a timely manner.
