Area Business Development Director- Senior Living Sales
Job description
Responsible for growing occupancy and revenue as well as managing all aspects of the external business development/sales efforts for the community. Achieve and exceed budgeted census for the community. Represents the residence in a positive light, maintaining favorable relationships with hospitals, local physicians and other marketing and referral sources. Initiates and coordinates visits by influential and community groups to the residence for marketing exposure with the Regional Sales Director and Executive Director. Responsible for ensuring that the Occupancy/Marketing Department operates in accordance with all policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
