ith projects valued at over $250 million in construction, C+GA is currently seeking an Architect / Project Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of experience with experience working on existing buildings, to work on exciting projects from conception through construction.

oles and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

• anage projects that range in scale from interior renovations to adaptive re-use of existing buildings, including innovative sustainability upgrades, residential and institutional projects, from feasibility through construction administration.

• aintain primary contact and interface with client and consulting team.

• eading design generation and ensuring integrity of concept and design work carries through the Documentation and Construction Phases
C
• oordinate design and production of all phases, existing building evaluations, schematic design, design development and construction documents, including supervision of the project team.

• anage bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with the owner – private and/or public agency.

esired Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience:

• xperience working on extensive rehabilitation projects, from interiors to full exterior renovation / restoration, and campus wide updates. Multi-family residential experience preferred.

• trong organizational, communication, and design skills, with the ability to work independently, and with large consultant teams.

• xcellent project delivery experience, including construction documentation and construction administration.

• xperience with Landmarks Preservation Committee a plus

• ide ranging knowledge of architectural practice and construction in general.

• ommitment to and experience with sustainable design.

• xperience in New York City and familiarity with Building Codes and NYC Zoning Resolution a plus.

• xperience with sustainable design, resilient design and multi-family housing a plus.

• rofessional architectural degree from an accredited institution.

• roficiency in REVIT required.

alary Range: S

• alary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 , subject to adjustment based on candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback.
