Archery Consultant

The Archery Consultant will play a critical role in bringing the SRR learning and shooting experience to life by providing top tier customer service to customers. The Archery Consultant will be responsible for creating the SRR experience by providing prompt, knowledgeable service while maintaining a safe, professional learning environment.

Education/Experience:

 High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

 Previous Archery experience is required

 Previous Retail experience preferred

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

1. Heavily involved in retail sales and customer assistance.

2. Mounting and set up of new bows and accessories.

3. Repair and Maintenance of customer bows.

4. Arrow fletching and new arrow sales and sizing.

5. Use tact and diplomacy when enforcing range safety rules, guidelines and procedures.

6. Alert and mindful of accident prevention, risk management and liability concerns throughout the facility.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

2. Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays and hunting season.

3. Willingness to follow operating policies and standards and comply with company dress code.

4. Strong interpersonal skills.

5. Must be safety conscious and able to maintain strong attention to detail for extended period of time.

6. Able to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.

7. Able to work as part of a team.

 Standing and walking for long periods of time; use of hands and talking and or hearing for extended periods.

 Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling as well as routine ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

 Constant computer/POS usage

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
