Qualifications

-Climbing and Rigging experience.

-Experience in the field for minimum of one year as an Crew Lead, with the ability to manage 2 or more crew members on a job site.

-Certified Arborist is a bonus, but not a requirement

- Must be drug free.

- Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.

- Must pass company-driving test, and able to obtain Commercial Drivers License

- Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification.

- Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

- Must be able to hear verbal instructions from a distance.

- Must be physically fit for job responsibilities including ability to lift 75 lbs. or more.
