Sonju Two Harbors has been growing consistently and is enjoying another strong year. Sales are up all over the country and we have experienced a HUGE increase in demand for the products we sell. As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to hire several Appointment Setters.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and email
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchase
- Books appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associate’s availability
- Contacts customers after purchase to determine their satisfaction with the process and purchase
- Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls recommended services, special order parts and declined service
- Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
- Attends company meetings and training as required
- Other duties as assigned

Multiple sales associate positions available! No previous auto sales representative experience is needed. Applicants from restaurant, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply! Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
- Understands the manufactures requirements and policies for assigned brands
- Some type of call center, customer service or retail experience is required
- Previous BDC experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
