Minimum qualifications:

• Strong computer and typing skills
• Prior Dispatch experience
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to successfully pass airport mandated criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Dispatcher’s Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate with field employees, customers, and other dispatchers
• Imaginative, resourceful and well-organized
• Works well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Aptitude to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to think ahead, connect pieces of information, and coordinate workforce accordingly

Starting pay: $14.50 per hour
