The Application Server Administrator will provide server-side support for Adobe Experience Manager in a Windows-based environment. The System Administrator will be responsible for performing upgrades, installing and managing server-side components, addressing cybersecurity findings, Disaster Recovery testing, troubleshooting system issues, performing daily/weekly/monthly health checks, periodically verifying backups, and maintaining service accounts for the environment.
Required Skills
- Six or more years of experience as a system administrator with experience installing and configuring server software including IIS, Microsoft SQL databases, Windows components and services
- Experience writing PowerShell scripts to automate various administration and deployment tasks
- Experience working with Windows Server
- Experience administering AD security groups and permissions
- Configuration management support experience including promotion of binaries through development, Test, and Production environments
- Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives, addressing vulnerabilities
- Good communication skills and ability to write detailed documentation
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Must be a US Citizen
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting Federal Government customers in an enterprise environment
- System Administration or general IT certifications
- Experience using SQL to write APIs, as well as handling structured data
- Familiarity with working Operational tasks in an Agile environment
- Experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager
