DESCRIPTION

An Apple Specialist is required to diligently execute the sales and service program. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of sales, customer service, device troubleshooting and teamwork in a retail environment. The Apple Specialist’s primary role will be to provide customer service and execute the sales process to prospective customers. The Apple Specialist position is often the first impression that customers have and as a result, it is paramount that they uphold the company’s mission statement and core values at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Financial Results:

• Be an example by promptly greeting customers, conduct sales presentations, overcome objections and attach accessories and services.
• Meet or exceed individual and sales goals and attachment metrics.
• Track your personal daily and month-to-date performance.
• Participate in a culture centered around Customer Satisfaction that meets the company’s expectations.

Support Store and Service Operations:

• Execute the store’s opening/closing routines daily.
• Will be expected to perform many duties including device diagnostics, service check-in and merchandising to ensure overall success.

Enhance the Customer Experience:

• Execute the Apple Customer Experience (ACE) to provide a world-class experience.
• Deliver a culture around Customer Satisfaction that meets Apple’s and the company’s expectations.
• Achieve all required Apple training certifications for both Sales and Service.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays (part-time hours)

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Passion for Apple products and services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
