Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Job Description:
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility, Sub-acute and long-term care patients
Schedule: Minimum of (2) days on site per week. Telehealth support is available on-site for virtual interactions
On-Call: May elect to take call for the specific facility or enter into the company wide on-call pool (estimate of on-call pool commitment is once every 4-6 weeks)
Full-Time Salary Range: $110,000 + RVU bonus model (Range: $110,000 - $225,000)

Hotel Reimbursement: Yes (overnight stay is not mandatory)
