Lease and market apartments for rent
Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community
Oversee maintenance staff
Perform move ins and move outs and security deposit reconciliations
Work with residents to maintain a positive customer friendly experience
Leasing and renewal bonus opportunities
Ability to live on site is an option

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
