Seeking a self motivated team player to Manage a small local Tax Credit/Rural Development family property. This position requires flexible part time office hours and the ability to be on-call for emergencies! The perfect applicant will be reliable, flexible, friendly, proficient at multi-tasking, detail oriented, possess at a min basic computer skills, experience with conflict resolution, excellent people skills and work well as part of a team.

Duties include processing applications, and recertification's for both programs, handling tenant issues, scheduling maintenance, unit inspections, answering calls, invoicing site expenses, depositing rents, overseeing site staff and/or vendors, after hours emergency calls etc., handling all manner of daily operations working closely with the property Supervisor.

Experience in Tax Credit and/or Rural Development housing is preferred. This is a wonderful opportunity to further or gain experience in the housing industry!
