Looking for various levels of an on-site Apartment Manager and Assistant Manager for our newly-built Apartment complexes located in Airway Heights and surrounding areas.

On-site housing, either 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with Washer and Dryer included and is an optional part of the compensation package if you choose the move-in option, addition to an hourly rate plus medical benefits after the customary waiting period, Holiday pay, and paid time-off accrual.

ON SITE MANAGER

Apartment or property management experience is preferred but will train the right applicant who has a math aptitude and proven reliability with verifiable references.

Tax credit experience preferred, but not required

AREA MANAGER

We are also seeking an Area Manager with Low-income Housing Tax Credit with at least 3 years of management experience for a 270 rental unit to work along side an on-site assistant at the direction of the Regional Manager.
