Enfield Management is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a brand-new, mid-rise, 129-unit luxury residential community in Nashville. The Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC
• Complete work orders timely
• Manage work orders using smartphone/mobile facilities app
• Manage and complete perfect make ready’s
• Work with vendors when applicable on make ready’s
• Monthly preventative inspections and inspect exterior of buildings
• Provide emergency maintenance service after regular work hours
• Schedule emergency maintenance contractors with support from supervisor
• Inspect contractors work after work is complete
• Work with supervisor to maintain shop inventory and obtain parts
• Electronically receive and respond to maintenance requests and work order tracking
• Service and maintain HVAC equipment
• Clean and operate the swimming pool (if applicable)
• Maintain the curb appeal of the property and quality service to residents
• Other work deemed necessary by Manager or Owner

Note: After hours on call: If you are scheduled for on call for the week, you are paid an extra $100 for each week you are on call, even if there are no calls. If you return to the property, you are paid overtime and mileage in addition to the $100.

• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Apartment maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HVAC and/or EPA Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License and can pass a background check (Required)
• Authorization to work in the United States (Required)
