We are seeking an individual that is interested in learning the various aspects of multifamily maintenance such as groundskeeping, apartments turns, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. We provide on-the-job training that will teach you everything that you need to succeed in multifamily maintenance.

We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our community in Dearborn– no experience necessary! Duties include completing work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, general grounds and building maintenance. On call hours are required on a rotated basis as well as some Saturdays.
