Job description
Brand new apartment community located on Pontiac Trail and M-5, in Commerce Township, has a maintenance position available for a reliable, organized individual who works well with others. If you have a maintenance background and are looking for a great place and company to work for, send us your resume. All of the equipment is new at this community so there is minimal repairs necessary.
If you are looking advancement opportunities, this is the place for you. We have 20 apartment communities in our portfolio currently with more on the way.
You must have a current driver's license and pass a background check.
Compensation based on experience and knowledge.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
