About the opportunity:

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician! Our beautiful property has over 400 units. We prefer one year of maintenance experience in the apartment or hotel industry. Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule and some weekend availability is required.

What are some of the responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician?

• Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis;
• Plumbing (including sewer lines)
• Painting, A/C, and heating systems
• Appliance Repair
• Water irrigation systems
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners, and Interior/exterior lights
• Other duties assigned
