General Summary:
The Marketing Analyst, Bakery role is responsible for collaborating with brand and cross-functional team members to deliver upon Bakery strategic initiatives. The Marketing Analyst will lead detailed, quantitative business analyses across the portfolio, delivering insights that reinforce the strategic plans. In addition, the Marketing Analyst will support forecasting while also being given opportunities to lead commercialization projects and other key demand-driving processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Closely monitor and analyze consumption trends, competitive activity, and market share performance.
  • Uncover insights that will provide the organization with clear direction on how to move.
  • Support key commercialization projects with increasing responsibility over time.
  • Interact at various levels within the Marketing organization, inclusive of Brand, insights and sales.
  • Develop productive working relationships with many cross-functional groups: Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrate natural curiosity, a solution-oriented mindset and a work ethic that indicates a desire to take on more.
Job Specifications:
  • Minimum education required: 4-year College Degree
  • 1+ year of work experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and resolution skills are a must.
  • Curiosity, a proactive desire to understand, test and learn.
  • Ability to manage and work with a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with IRI / ACNielsen Consumption / Category Tools and formulating / distilling analysis preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$47,600.00 - $91,200.00
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
