The Dealer Enablement Analyst Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for a Dealer Enablement Analyst to be responsible for actively managing special projects and relationships with Sunnova’s Internal team. The Dealer Enablement Analyst will work to provide active daily support to support our dealers. They will work to develop working relationships with cross-functional areas of the business to participate and implement process improvements. The position requires analytical skills, effective time management and the ability to be thorough in a fast-paced environment.
Dealer Enablement Analyst Responsibilities
- Providing guidance, process improvement and support for internal departments.
- Review and approve new dealer accounts.
- Review and perform constant audit to validate Salesforce integrity.
- Review and approve payment terms for new and existing dealers.
- Review and approve profile changes for our department.
- Conduct quarterly profile audits as requested for SOX compliance.
- Create and maintain Dashboards.
- Create and provide support with reports in Salesforce.
- Manage Duration Hold Back Process
- Manage Master Blocks, Union Blocks and Project Blocks.
- Manage day-to-day activities to support dealer enablement.
- Troubleshoot errors and issues in Salesforce.
- Work with IT on enhancements for business improvements.
- Serve as escalation point and provide solutions when issues arise.
- Deliver and process Ad hoc projects for the business with punctuality.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4+ years’ experience in project management or coordination
- 2-4+ years’ Salesforce Experience
- PC skills; Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Process Improvement Skills
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field

- Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
- Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned.
