Using their strong analytical skills and tools, the Analyst is responsible for the execution of new commercial real estate loan projects. Must have very good writing skills besides being analytical.
Analyst Responsibilities:
You will work on a wide range of financing transactions working directly with senior members of the team. Work responsibilities include:
- Real estate loans underwriting, due diligence and excel & financial modeling
- Preparation of presentations and memoranda evaluating investment merits and risks, market dynamics, and projected investment returns
- Interface with team to compile required data and information, and resolve diligence related issues while mitigating risks
Analyst Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are interested in real estate, highly motivated, intelligent, and has strong writing skills. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:
- Strong financial modeling skills. Experience modeling CRE assets and capital structures a plus.
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
