JBCO is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Preferred candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.

We offer full and part-time opportunities. Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL is required! Approximate hours are 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day, Drivers work 4 days per week, we are open 7 days a week.

Pay: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour (PLUS SAFETY BONUSES) *Potential Pay increase after 30 days of work*

• Say you finish your route in 6 hours, if you maintain a high safety score and fantastic quality metrics, we pay bonus hours equal to 10 hours of work!
• Each DA will have the potential of doing 6 hours or work and get paid for 10 hours!
• We pay for referrals as well, if you bring a friend on and they pass probation with flying colors you will be rewarded $100!
• We also offer weekly raffle prizes for top driver, hard work literally pays here at JBCO!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Do you enjoy working out? But hate paying for a gym membership? We got you covered here at JBCO! We pay you to work out! That's right, You can make up to $21.00 an hour while working on that sweet six-pack you've been dreaming of! Each delivery should be treated as special, you are continuously delivery smiles! And every step you take is one step close to achieving your fitness goals!
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Speeding, stop signs and distracted driving laws must be followed at all times.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs through your shift. This is a physically demanding job.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and Background screening.
