Quick Description:
The Aloft Raleigh is looking for enthusiastic candidates with previous experience filling the most important role in a hotel room - Housekeeping. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service that exceeds ever guests’ expectations. Your role will be to perform a combination of cleaning duties that ensure impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms.

- Maintain the hotels standards of cleanliness in rooms
- Practice Hotel Policies for maintaining work equipment
- Show up on time and when you are scheduled

More Details:
Responsibilities:
- Ability to clean guest rooms according to standards
- Record and report maintenance work order requests as identified in guest rooms.
- Keep carts, linen or other storage rooms and equipment neat and orderly according to standards.
- Turn in all articles found in vacant rooms immediately and handle according to Lost and Found procedures.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects.
- Exhibit friendly, positive behavior towards co-workers and guests
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Positive interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills
- Frequently lift or carry up to 10-50 pounds
- Standing or walking for long periods of time
