Responsibilities

• Supervises the serving of alcohol by employees.
• Ensure employees serving alcohol are adhering to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answers questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all associates serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired.
• Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests, and retain and communicate service information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to associates with varied experience levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season.
