Job Title: Bagger Operator

Shift: 1st Shift

Scheduled Hours: 6:30am – 3:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Setup and operator the Triangle Bagger and check scales to ensure product is bagged according to product specifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Set up and operate the Triangle Bagger and check scales to ensure product is being run according to product specifications.
• Troubleshoot any mechanical issues in order to identify potential problem for maintenance to repair.
• Perform other duties assigned by members of management.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers
• Do all tasks assigned by members of management
• Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Must be computer literate
• Must be mechanically inclined

SAFETY SKILLS

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• PPE required but subject to change: Hairnet, smock, earplugs, handguards, safety glasses

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment (45ºF, 4ºC)
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production
• Lift up to 70 lbs. to include product and machinery.
• Stoop and reach overhead (bending & twisting)
