Job Summary
The Airport Service Agent is responsible for serving customers who may need extra help traveling through the airport by transporting them in wheelchairs to and from the gate and, when necessary, onto the aircraft.
This position will consist of performing several duties for the passengers, such as but not limited to, check-in process, handling bags, ticket verification and more.

Job Responsibility
- Safely and comfortably lift disabled passengers with assistance from one mobility device to or from an aircraft seat
- Push passengers in wheelchairs to and from gates
- Carry passengers’ carry-on luggage
- Greet and assist customers upon airport arrival
- Assist with checked and claimed luggage
- Assist passengers with any problems, questions, or concerns

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Capable of lifting, holding, or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively
- Attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude
- Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment drug test, background check and criminal history record check required to obtain access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to serve airline passengers
- Previous customer service experience preferred
