Wage:
$17.38 / hour + Cash Tips $$$

Shifts:
AM Shift: 3:30am - 10:00am

Day Shift: 10:00am - 5:30pm

PM Shift: 5:30pm - 1:00am

Weekends required for all shifts.

Position Summary:

NO Experience needed + Paid Training

Passenger Service Assistants transport passengers requesting assistance throughout all public areas of a busy airport. From the passenger's transportation, to the seat on the airplane and vice versa.

Responsibilities Include:

• Transporting passengers through the airport, mostly by pushing wheelchairs.
• Working well with others, following directions, arriving on time to assigned duties.
• Occasionally helping passengers transfer between seats and wheelchairs.
• Effective and courteous verbal communication with passengers, coworkers, and other airport employees including airline and TSA personnel.
• Using electronic devices (tablets, radios) effectively to communicate with your team and track assignments.
• Friendly and attentive customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Staying professional and courteous in high pressure environments.
• Hard working.
• Team player.
• Have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Able to pass a 10 year background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to walk long distances for entire shift while pushing passengers in wheelchairs.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs often and 50 lbs occasionally.
