Job description

We are a short-term vacation rental management and cleaning services company. We currently manage about 30 Airbnb properties and clean about 70 Airbnb properties in the Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and surrounding areas. We are looking to hire a part-time (20-30 hours a week) operations coordinator for our team.

The person we would like to join our team will have a positive attitude, all hands-on deck, a can do enthusiasm and customer service skills that will provide the best experience possible to our clients and our team members. This person must have ambition and a go getter attitude. Other skills that are required will be problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and able to pay close attention to the small details.

The Primary Goal:

Providing a positive, fun, and professional environment. You would report directly to the business owner and the cleaning supervisor with daily operations such as scheduling, logistic coordination, customer service, errands, property upkeep as well as providing assistance for guests, clients and independent contractors.

Daily operations:

* Completing checklists to help maintain daily logistics.

* Updating and cross checking the daily scheduling software.

* Responding to guest messages within minutes of them getting to us and upholding our 5-star customer service experience.

* Answering phone calls/text messages and providing excellent customer service to guests, property management teams, homeowners, cleaners, independent contractors, etc.

* Execute tasks assigned to us by property management teams, homeowners, cleaners, independent contractors, etc.

* Filing and assigning tasks for any issues that arise and document each situation.

Requirements:

· * Reliable transportation

· * Weekdays, evenings (until 10pm) and most importantly weekends

· * This position will require you to work from our office and a variety of locations including various Airbnb’s. You will be required to travel up to Woodland Park and it’s surrounding area’s on a regular basis to check properties and tackle any issues that shall arise unexpectedly.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
