We are looking for the right person to guide, lead and grow our small independent agency. This is an opportunity to balance home and work beautifully. As DHIA Agency Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Train, guide, and mentor your staff to meet expected goals

· Set monthly agency goals and measure results vs. goals

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service

· Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations

· Communicate agency performance levels including areas of concern to stakeholders and Director staff

· Develop action plans for improving agency performance

· Follow all company and safety guidelines while developing risk mitigation awareness plans with the current staff

· Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors

· Manage agency operations to achieve company goals and objectives

· Being responsible for all legal and ethical compliance

· Customer Service based management

· Limited work from home option

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the general insurance industry is required and must be fully licensed.

Full Benefits available for full time employees, salary and commission based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
