Aftermarket Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Associate to be a part of our growing

Requirements:

-Proven Customer Service Experience

-Superior Communication and Customer service skills

-Excellent follow through skills

-Great attitude and outstanding work ethic

-Experience within the Automotive Industry a Plus, not required

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate Aftermarket Sale Activities within the Dealership

-Take charge of Customer Experience

-Sell products and accessories for Sold Vehicles

-Understand all Protection Packages benefits and Product Guarantees Sold

-Work directly with customers via Phone, Online and Face to Face

-Process Aftermarket Orders and Document Customer Purchases

-Assist customers after the sale with questions and scheduling

-Assist Finance Department with Document Handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
