Job description
Element2 Group's valued client is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector. They are one of the country's most renowned suppliers of various aerospace PMA parts to customers such as, Delta, United Airlines, and other aerospace organizations. They supply parts that are used in aerospace engines as well as other various components.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform First Article inspections of all incoming parts from suppliers. Collaborate with engineers to properly document reports, and assist in engineering process.
- Work with other team member to ensure components meet all specifications
- Work with suppliers and other outside services to revolve any non-conformance issues
Key Requirements: 3 years preferred
- First Article inspection experience
- Layout inspection experience
- Ability to read GD&T blueprints
- Use of various inspection equipment such as, micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM
Aerospace experience is highly preferred for this role.
