Job description
Position Summary:
Anticipated Pay Range $14.55 to $19.40 (Depending on Qualifications and/or Experience). In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)
“The range of potential monthly bonus for this position is $0.00 to $150.00 . Actual bonus pay is determined based on a number of business-specific performance metrics and your specific performance against them.”
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Desire to learn, with mandatory attendance and satisfactory completion of all company-required meetings and education
