Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing

Assitant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing home's operations, including coordinating with other departments and overseeing nursing staff
• Ensure that all nursing staff members are properly trained, supervised, and evaluated
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their health is monitored
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for residents
• Manage and maintain accurate resident medical records
• Oversee infection control measures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with regulatory compliance surveys

Assitant Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in NJ
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing nursing staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home operations and care
