United Built Homes is actively seeking a dynamic professional to perform essential, administrative duties and deliver outstanding customer service in the Production Coordinator role for our team in our Alexandria Design Center located in Pineville, LA.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
  • Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
  • Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
  • Any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.

Requirements:

  • Work History - 3+ years of administrative experience required; prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus.
  • Qualifications - Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, team player, flexibility, and willingness to pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled at UBH.

  • Education - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred.
