We are currently looking for a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant in Boise to support the administrative needs of Vynyl's CEO and CTO. This is a fully remote position. The Administrative Assistant will need to possess mature judgement in supporting the C level executives, handling of initiatives, and advanced skills in managing assignments. The successful candidate will thrive on planning, organizing, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-tech environment. The successful candidate will have a flexible and autonomous approach to the role along with excellent relationship building skills. The candidate will also maintain confidentiality, discretion and judgement in the handling of information of a critical and sensitive nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendar for CEO and CTO
  • Assist with the organization and planning of meetings and events
  • Assist with Boise office
  • Assist Vynyl employees with community engagement opportunities
  • May organize and deliver swag/gifts to various companies/clients
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work 20 hours during weekday business hours (We are open to being flexible with the actual hours.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Enjoys meeting and interacting with people of all levels
  • Positive, flexible and willing-to-help attitude
  • Preferred: Two years or more experience in a customer service role

$20 per hour/ 20 hours per week position
Does not qualify for any other benefits
