Administrative Assistant with AP and AR Experience

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts payable for vendors
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff

Accounts Receivable Specialist Duties:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
