Summary:
The Integration Assistant will work as a member of the Integrations Team in direct support of all Integration Department tasks and projects. Responsibilities will include supporting the integrations process and team for all clinic acquisitions, DeNovos, or transitions. The Integration Assistant may be required to travel, on occasion, to support the Integration Specialists for larger practice onboarding during the first week post-close.

Summary:
The Integration Assistant will work as a member of the Integrations Team in direct support of all Integration Department tasks and projects. Responsibilities will include supporting the integrations process and team for all clinic acquisitions, DeNovos, or transitions. The Integration Assistant may be required to travel, on occasion, to support the Integration Specialists for larger practice onboarding during the first week post-close.
- Provide administrative support to the Integration department for all projects, tasks, and meetings.
Assists with pre-close acquisition due diligence information dissemination and organization of due diligence documents:- Ensure all due diligence documents are received and electronically cataloged.
- Scan & organize due diligence information electronically in acquisition network project folders and communicate the status of cataloged information to the Integration Managers.
- Document vender agreement terms to support Integration Specialist review of the agreements.
- Complete new provider credentialing worksheet for all acquisitions.
- Proactively assist team with action item follow up to ensure internal due diligence review is completed. and Update Integration Team on all outstanding items on an at least weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Integration Manager in preparing Practice Summaries for each acquired clinic containing useful information for internal departments to prepare for integration.
- Order, prep, and ship all integration binders and support materials for new acquisitions and DeNovos in support of the timeline that is set by the Integration Manager assigned to the project.
- Catalog all training materials needed for binders and work to ensure all binder materials are up to date prior to each project.
- Ensure all checklists and project matrixes, that are assigned, are constantly up to date and report their statuses weekly to the Director of Clinical Integrations. Works in partnership with Integration Director on departmental improvement processes of checklists, binders, presentation, and other documents and items related to Integration.
- May be required to travel to support onboarding and orientation for larger practices.
- Assist in coordinating with the credentialing and legal departments to ensure all credentialing and malpractice insurance applications are prepared and completed with signature pages, to support the timeline that is set by the Integration Manager that is assigned to the project.
- Develop map and directions for all new acquisition and DeNovo clinics.
Schedule meetings and generate meeting minutes for assigned meetings.

Education:
- Associates Degree is preferred.
- Related experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:

- Leadership experience Demonstrated by serving as an example to others in professional behavior, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a positive attitude, and positively responding to organizational change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
- Must have a Customer Service focus, with the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with physicians, staff, clients, and the public.
