Summary:
An administrative support role for Risk Management Services Company, a third-party administrator for workers' compensation and property & casualty claims. Duties may vary from administrative duties in support of claims representative to providing occasional back up to receptionist and other administrative support personnel. Assists the assigned adjuster with communications to claimants and vendors, updates, and maintains files, submitting requests, obtaining results, and reporting results to appropriate people or companies, and entering data into claim system.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
  • Composes routine correspondence and e-mails.
  • Performs routine copy and scanning/attaching projects.
  • Copies data and compiles records and reports.
  • Backs up Receptionist.
  • Assists Office Manager with special projects.
  • Computer data entry.
