Administrative Assistant / CCP
Job description
Primary Purpose:
- Support the Director of Child Care Partnership in the operation of the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership program and perform general administrative duties as a member of the program’s administrative team.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED certificate, some college preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Ability to take or record accurate dictation
- Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the use of computers and a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
Experience:
- Four years experience in a clerical or administrative support position
- Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and budgets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.93 - $19.75 per hour
