Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Answer in-coming phone calls for staff
- Schedule and confirm service requests
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide assistance and support around the office as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
